Akbar Open Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Akbar Open platform, including the website, mobile browser experience and any associated apps ("the Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Akbar Open provides online sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games and esports markets to adult users. The Platform operates in PKR and is designed for users based in Pakistan. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Akbar Open.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Akbar Open platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must not already hold an active account on the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or managing your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Akbar Open reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documents, your account may be restricted or closed. Any funds in an unverified account that cannot be verified will be handled in accordance with our verification and withdrawal procedures.

Employees of Akbar Open, their immediate family members and anyone involved in the development or operation of the Platform are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account on Akbar Open, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are permitted to hold one account only. If you are found to have created multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings and bonuses, will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your password private and ensuring that you do not allow others to access your account. Akbar Open will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately. We may suspend your account temporarily while the matter is investigated.

4 Deposits

All deposits on the Akbar Open platform are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available methods and applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Akbar Open does not charge fees on PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check directly with your provider. We are not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment processors.

Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your account balance, it cannot be reversed. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact support with your transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance and available for use immediately upon confirmation.
• Deposits made to claim a bonus must comply with the specific terms of that bonus offer.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. In cases where this is not possible, an alternative method may be arranged through support. Full details are available on the Withdrawal page.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means providing a valid government-issued identity document and, where required, proof of your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed verification.

• The name on your withdrawal method must match the name on your Akbar Open account exactly.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page and vary by method.
• VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated on the Withdrawal page.
• Akbar Open reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual bonus or promotion.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Akbar Open are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market in question, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules and that the bet is placed voluntarily with funds from your own account.

Akbar Open offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sports. The availability of markets and in-play options depends on the fixture and the sport.

• Bets are not accepted from persons under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Akbar Open reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — whether due to a technical fault or human error — Akbar Open reserves the right to void the affected bets, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's ability to verify the current state of the event. Bets placed on incorrect in-play data may be voided.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not conclude under normal conditions, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may vary and are visible on the bet slip before confirmation.

Coordinated, syndicate or professional betting strategies that are identified as exploiting market inefficiencies may result in bet limits being applied to your account or in the refusal of specific bets. This is a standard industry measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Akbar Open offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, PSL season promotions, cashback deals and other incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer — these specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Akbar Open reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Real-money funds are used first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

8 VIP Programme

The Akbar Open VIP programme rewards active players with enhanced benefits based on their cumulative wagering activity. Tier progression is calculated automatically and players are notified when they move to a new tier. Full details of the programme are available on the VIP page.

• VIP tier status is based on real-money wagering activity. Bets placed using bonus funds may not count towards tier progression — this will be stated in the relevant programme documentation.
• Benefits associated with each tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, deposit bonuses and account manager access — are as stated on the VIP page and are subject to change.
• Akbar Open reserves the right to adjust, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be given.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Tier demotion may occur if activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier, as stated in the VIP programme terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

Akbar Open is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. The Platform is intended for adults who treat betting and gaming as entertainment, within a budget they have consciously set and are comfortable losing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a set period.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Akbar Open reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at support staff or other users.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Irregular betting patterns that raise integrity concerns.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for reasons unrelated to a breach of Terms, the remaining real-money balance will be refunded via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met.

11 Privacy and Data

Akbar Open collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes information provided during registration, identity verification documents, transaction records and usage data collected during your sessions on the Platform. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Akbar Open's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time any claim arises. Akbar Open will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including lost profits or loss of enjoyment.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions or delays that are outside our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be in error, where such error was not the result of our negligence.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors or service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

13 Changes to These Terms

Akbar Open may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, via a notice on the Platform or through your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should stop using the Platform and close your account. Any bets placed and transactions completed before the updated Terms took effect remain governed by the Terms in force at the time.
